Lessons will follow a loosely structured format geared around strategies first, then technical issues needed to deploy the tactics.
By the end of the week you will have learnt the 3 P’s positions, placements and plays for both singles and doubles. This will give you a complete understanding of the game.
Based on your completed personal evaluation form (given to each player at the start of the week) we can then agree an improvement game plan for the week ahead.

Strokes
Individual slow motion video analysis will help your understanding of the various stroke mechanics needed in a variety of game situations. Everything is then linked to playing the game and not learning technique in isolation.
