Sunrise Yoga classes will be held three days a week.
Breakfast to include a selection of fresh bread and pastries with preserves, fresh fruit, home made granola and muesli, yoghurt and fruit compote.
10.00am – 12.00pm
Anyone for Tennis?, you will be driven 5 minutes to the local tennis club where you will spend 2 hours working on drills, tactics, technique, fitness and mental toughness.
1.00pm – 2.00pm
Leisurely light lunch prepared with local fresh produce.
3.00pm – 6.00pm
Free time to relax, explore or just sit by the pool and read.
If you like to be active there are plenty of local walks. Private yoga lessons or holistic therapies can be organised along with e bikes/bikes to explore the area.
Some of our venues have table tennis and table football should you wish for more competition.
Aperitifs and nibbles before dinner as the sun sets over the hills.
Freshly prepared 3 course dinner and unlimited local wine.
